Our all inclusive, fully furnished newly built modern apartments are designed for families with children of all ages, as well as couples seeking an enriching experience. We provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, focusing on comfort and convenience for all our guests.

Located in the serene heights of Sfakaki, our small and quiet neighbourhood captures the essence of Greek village life by the sea away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring your stay with us is both enjoyable and memorable.

Our ground floor apartments, 1 and 2, along with maisonette apartment 4 comfortably accommodates up to four guests each, while maisonette apartment 3 comfortably accommodates up to five. Each apartment features a sofa bed, designed primarily for your comfort and relaxation while enjoying a movie or unwinding. If needed, the sofa bed can also be used for additional sleeping arrangements.

Flexible Stay Options for Every Season

From May to October, we proudly offer in season daily stays from a minimum of 5 nights, making it convenient to plan your holiday during the warmer months.

Our pricing is all inclusive, so you won't be surprised by any additional costs upon arrival.

​

​​First year introductory specials are applied to all bookings. 

 

From November to April, we also offer off season monthly stays of up to six months, ideal for seasonal workers or anyone seeking a cosy retreat during the cooler months. These stays can be arranged directly with us at any time and are subject to availability. Pricing is based on a monthly rate plus electricity as each apartment has its own power meter. Water, internet, and the maintenance and management of common areas is included in the monthly rate. A deposit equal to the monthly rate is also applied.

Whether you’re planning a brief getaway or an extended stay, we offer accommodations to suit your needs throughout the year. Our range of options ensures comfort and convenience, making your visit enjoyable regardless of the length of your stay.

• Four Spacious Apartments: We offer two 53 sqm two bedroom, one bathroom ground floor apartments and two 79 sqm two bedroom, two bathroom maisonettes. Each living space is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience, featuring modern furnishings, well equipped kitchens with top brand appliances, and a relaxing atmosphere to make your stay truly enjoyable.

• Superior Bedding: Enjoy comfortable Imperial Strom dual-sided mattresses throughout, offering the choice of a firmer or softer side. Made in Greece, these mattresses are crafted with 100% natural materials. Our ground floor apartments 1 and 2 feature a 160 cm x 200 cm queen size bed in the main bedroom, along with a 90 cm x 200 cm two level bunk bed equipped with protective safety guards and a ladder in the second bedroom, ideal for younger children. Maisonette apartment 3 boasts a larger 180 cm x 200 cm king size bed in the main bedroom and three 90 cm x 200 cm single size beds in the attic room. Maisonette apartment 4 features a 160 cm x 200 cm queen size bed in the main bedroom, complemented by two 90 cm x 200 cm single size beds in the attic room.

• Well Equipped Kitchens: Including a Bosch induction hob stovetop, AEG oven, Samsung fridge, Whirlpool dishwasher, Singer microwave with grill, a Berlinger Haus Metallic Line Cookware Set, Philips kettle, Philips toaster, Pyrex sandwich maker, a De'Longhi coffee maker and assorted utensils. Additionally, Inventor washing machines are provided in each apartment.

• Water Filtration: Our apartments are equipped with a water softener system, ensuring clean, soft water throughout. Additionally, each apartment features a 5 stage reverse osmosis water filter for safe drinking water.

• Infants: Bedside crib, cot, Babylo smart changer and bath unit, feeding chair, bottle warmer, play pen, pram and car seat are available upon request and subject to availability.

• Complimentary Parking: Guest parking is provided on-site.

• Views: Enjoy stunning views from your front side balcony, featuring Mt Ida (Psiloritis), Crete's tallest mountain, while the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) can be seen in the distance from your rear side balcony or garden. Revel in stunning sunsets and enjoy the sea views from the rear balconies of our maisonettes.

• Complimentary Wi-Fi: internet access is available throughout the apartments.

• Entertainment: LG Smart TVs in each living area, main bedrooms and attic rooms.

• Fan Coil Heating and Cooling  System: Maintain a perfect indoor climate all year-round.

• Fresh Linens and Towels, Including Beach Towels: Changed weekly for your convenience. Guests may request fresh towels during the week.

• Private spaces: Our maisonettes offer a private terrace which are secluded and ideal for relaxation, equipped with two Biotza 'Santorini II' sunbeds and umbrella. Additionally, our ground floor apartments come with a private garden equipped with a dining table, a relaxation area and umbrella.

• Safety Features: Our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, first aid kits and secure locks.

Local Attractions

• Beaches: We are located just 850 meters from Sfakaki Beach and the excellent Vanilla Canteen, where you can enjoy a variety of snacks and meals, cold beer, fresh smoothies and free sunbeds with any purchase. The souvlaki and burgers here are our personal favourites. The baguettes and clubs are also great. Further down you'll find Adelianos Kampos beach a long, sandy stretch known for its clear waters, lively atmosphere, and excellent tourist facilities. We also recommend Episkopi Beach, just a 20 minute drive away on the other side of Rethymno City. Pictured above, it's a long, sandy escape that remains relatively uncrowded, offering peace and tranquillity. With stunning views of the Lefka Ori, it offers a variety of great options, including a family friendly canteen, as well as several beach bars and taverns. Margaritari in particular provides free sunbeds with any purchase. Other top beaches in Rethymno can be found here. Tip: Rock shoes are recommended for beaches in Crete to ensure comfort and safety while navigating rocky shorelines.

• Cuisine: Experience traditional Cretan village dining at the memorable Poliou House, or visit the fantastic seafood Tavern Akrogiali or Paraplous by the seaside for a delightful dining experience. Just off the national road at the first exit for Rethymno City, you'll find the impressive Taverna Zisis, another top option for dine in or take away, offering on site parking and a play area for children. We also recommend Maria's Home Cooking for an authentic taste of local cuisine and Irini's Cafe Neon offering family style service. For pizza, we recommend Pizza Mafiozo. For sweets and cakes, you cant go past Sokolata. In Rethymno City, you'll find the exquisite Lagouvardos Patisserie, offering a wide selection of delicious treats. Don't miss the local bakeries for delicious Cretan pastries. If you need more recommendations, feel free to ask us.

• Coffee and Breakfast: Our top picks for coffee and breakfast are Matt Café and The Coffee Spot. Delivery also available. 

• Historical Sites: Explore the ancient city of Rethymno, located 12 km away, featuring the impressive Fortezza and its charming old town.

• Outdoor Activities: Enjoy hiking at nearby Mt Psiloritis for breathtaking views and scenic nature trails. Gious Kambos is another excellent hiking option that offers a diverse landscape for outdoor enthusiasts.

• Local Mini Markets: There are several smaller mini markets in the area such as Top Market. You can find more along the old national road towards Stavromenos for quick purchases and essentials.

• Lidl: Located in Platanes, this popular chain provides various groceries and household items at competitive prices.

• Synka: Located in Rethymno City, offers a range of groceries, fresh produce, and daily essentials.

• AB: Located in Rethymno City, is a well-known supermarket chain offering a wide range of local and international products.

• Other local chains include Halkiadakis and Papadakis: Known for their extensive range of local products, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

Farmers Markets

​​

• Thursday Market at Central Rethymno Car Park from 8 am to 2 pm. A vibrant market that offers a variety of fresh local produce, including fruits, vegetables, herbs, and traditional Cretan products. This market emphasises local consumption, allowing you to experience the authentic flavours of Crete. It operates every Thursday, attracting both locals and tourists.

• Monday's Farmer's Market located at Kosti Palama 20 from 8 am to 2 pm. This lively market features fresh produce, bread, local honey, and textiles. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, allowing you to interact with local vendors and enjoy authentic Cretan culture.

ATMs

 

Several ATMs are available in the nearby area, particularly along the old national road leading into Rethymno City. Notably, there is an ATM at Lidl that offers fee free withdrawals.​​

Pharmacies

 

The local Pharmacy, Psycharakis, is located on the old national road just before the school. Keep an eye out for the flashing green cross. Another is Pharmeka located in Adelianos Kampos.

Transportation

 

Getting around easily is vital for exploring the area and Crete in general:

• Public Transport: A bus stop is located nearby the apartments, providing direct access to Rethymno City and surrounding areas. Tickets are available at Matt Café, The Coffee Spot and the supermarkets.

• Car Rentals: Available at the airport and in the city. Convenient options are also available right off the main road nearby.

• Airport Transfer: Can easily be arranged online, offering you a variety of options to suit your preferences.

Our tip:

​

We highly recommend car hire as the best transportation option for your stay with us. With the proximity of the apartments to both Heraklion and Chania airports, renting a vehicle will make your arrival and departure seamless. Moreover, having a car at your disposal will greatly enhance your experience, allowing you to explore the stunning beauty of Crete with convenience and ease. From picturesque beaches to charming villages and historical sites, having your own transportation makes it easier to discover all that this beautiful island has to offer.

Parking in Rethymno City

 

General parking tips:

​

• Arrive Early: Especially during the tourist season, it's advisable to arrive early to secure a parking spot.

• Check Signs: Always look for parking signage indicating payment requirements and time limits.

• Handicapped Parking: Special parking spots are available for those with disabilities, usually close to main attractions.

​

Parking is available in designated areas throughout the city. Be mindful of parking regulations to avoid fines. There are several public parking lots scattered around the city center, offering easy access to popular sites. 

 

Parking in Rethymno City during the tourist season can be quite challenging due to high demand and limited availability. To avoid unnecessary stress and save time, our tip is to utilise the reasonably priced paid parking lot at the Marina, which provides convenient access to the city centre. We recommend taking the following route there.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules:​

​

No smoking indoors.

No pets allowed, that includes Bruno the neighbourhood cat who will no doubt visit you.

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Please dispose of trash in the designated bins located just around the corner, past Lefakis Tools, or further down the road.

Green bins are for general waste, while blue bins are for recyclables.
